2 stars because I’m being “nice”, but how about you don’t hire people who are snarky when you ask them questions? Don’t work in customer service if you’re not ready to be patient. Some girl Leslie helped us and made sure we won’t be coming back, not just because of her below average attitude and demeanor but also because how do I pay less for what I just picked up when I order delivery??? Ended up paying more than I pay when I get it delivered and on top of that, I supposedly got a “first time patient” deal. Should’ve stuck to delivery, could have spared me the shitty attitude and 25 dollars. Hit LA for better flower and happier people. Don’t get robbed and pissed off here
