I just have issues with picking up my order. I placed it yesterday, but I didn’t have time. I came to check the next morning. The lady didn’t bother of checking . She, just said we check them everyday if you miss your day you miss it. Last time i came, a kind gentleman checked and it was still there. He said they usually leave it just in case ppl miss it. Now I am going to another dispensary that has it. She didn’t bother to check or ask maybe we have it in stock let me check or get that for you. She just blew me away.
Was in Long Beach on vacation last week and researched this place. Being only Medicinal Marijuana from FL, and having been to Cali dispensaries before, I was looking forward to this place. Trust me, it does not disappoint. This place is STELLAR!! This customer service from the bud tenders was top notch and they really made you feel welcomed and explained everything really well. We dont have the infused Tea's, sodas, and juices in FL and I had one back in 2019 and it was epic! So i was excited to try them again. The bud tender knew exactly what to recommend and it made things so much easier. The discount for first timers is awesome as usual with dispensaries, and catalyst is no different and has an awesome discount. Me and fiance purchased gummies and teas, and both hit like a rocket ship. Nothing is like that cali bud lol. Will def be stopping here again next time im in the L.B.C!!
Amariana is the best worker for a cannabis industry that I have ever met no matter what time what day I have been in there she has always made me feel a part of catalyst whether being a customer she is truly amazing, welcoming, and kind hearted if it wasn’t for her I probably would not keep on continually come every weekend, the budtenders are also amazing and make sure you feel always welcome
Catalyst is the Best dispensary in Long Beach, hands-down! If you know, you know, Coldfire absolutely has the best quality. Especially if you’re looking for terps! I come in for a couple of Coldfire carts every Sunday when it’s 15% off…ran out early so popped in today and they had at least 10 different flavors to choose from!
Elliot and his team are the best, what more can I say? Clean product, impeccable customer experience/support, not to mention fighting the good fight and keeping prices down! Couldn’t be more thankful to have them in the neighborhood here on Pine in LB and all their other locations as they continue to grow.
