Really starting to get disappointed with this place, last 3 half ounce jars l bought were all short from .4 to 1.2 grams. Get it together already.
Very disappointed with my experience at Backpack Boyz. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff came off as overly aggressive and unprofessional. Security was unnecessarily confrontational, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. The products were overpriced, and the flower I purchased was dry and lacked quality. On top of that, being taxed on “soft flower” felt excessive. What’s most frustrating is that they refused to refund or replace a defective vape pen they sold me. Overall, this was a negative experience from start to finish. I won’t be returning, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location to others.
