The Artist Tree Dispensary Laguna Woods

It is a nice place, good environment, aesthetics and overall vibe. Today was my first time going there and they were all really friendly from checking in through exiting, Steven helped me find my products really quickly and efficiently, and April was very friendly and polite when she checked me out at the register. It wasn't too busy at all and everything went down in less than 5 minutes, but keep in mind, I knew what I wanted before I came, so if you're not sure it might take longer to shop. Kind of pricey even with the first time discount of 15% but that's to be expected when shopping legal shops due to taxes. All in all definitely would recommend. Thanks again to all of the staff 🙌

I really enjoy coming to this dispensary. The atmosphere is light and captivating, the product selection is great, the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable and the staff take their security measures pretty seriously. The only downside I’ve found is the tax they add on. I’ve visited another dispensary where the price that’s listed on their website was the same price I’d get in store. For instance, if a product listed online says $18.00, that’s including all fees so there are no surprises later. I wish The Artist Tree did that too. I also wish they were a bit closer to where I live. Other than that, I’d give this place a 3.5/5.

I had my package delivered to me by Kass, and let me tell you, it was such a wonderful experience. I typically don't get things delivered to me, but when Kass showed up, she was so wonderful and kind, big smiles, too! Delivery was immaculate: on time, and she managed to navigate my street (which can often times be a little complicated), she made sure everything was correct before she left, and honestly- i was a little late coming down the elevator, but she was so nice about it! Decided to post my quick visit to this dispensary, especially since they have some great April specials worth checking out. Although I was in a bit of a rush to post this, I felt it was important to let others know about our visit, particularly since we arrived on Easter Sunday, April 20th. A friend of ours highly recommended this spot for its impressive selection of edibles, vapes, flowers, and more, and I can see why! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by attentive customer service. They truly offer a concierge experience—each customer is paired with a knowledgeable guide who is ready to assist with any questions about their extensive product range. This personalized service made it easy for us to find exactly what we were looking for, tailored to our needs. As it was a holiday, the dispensary also had a fun bonus: they offered free tacos with a purchase of $50 or more! We enjoyed three delicious tacos along with a refreshing drink, and they were genuinely excellent—a delightful surprise that added to our experience. It’s worth noting that all their products are rigorously tested and regulated, which is reassuring but does come at a premium. We ended up spending $60 on our products, but with an additional $30 in city, state, and federal taxes, our total came to $90. While that might feel a bit steep for some. Overall, I highly recommend this dispensary for anyone seeking a range of quality cannabis products in a welcoming environment!
