Maybe it was La Mesa maybe it was Bay Park (but I already left them a review months ago and still same company)... I placed an order yesterday... A slight mistake was made on my order nothing massive but just a small mess up... I inquired about it and they went out of their way to make sure it was more than made up for well beyond the value of the actual mistake... If you want a dispensary that never makes mistakes you'll have to fall asleep because every business sometimes does so it only exists in your dreams... What matters is not the mistake itself but how its handled after... The mistake was small the compensation for it was much larger in relation... They didn't try to escape responsibility they took responsibility the first call, apologized, and went out of their way far beyond what the minimum acceptable resolution would have been... You can tell Urbn Leaf cares about their customers and their satisfaction and will do everything within reason (and sometimes above and beyond that) to make sure their customers are satisfied! They also got some of the best deals in the city... A+++++ recommend Urbn Leaf all day every day! And yes that is Tommy Chong I'm smoking with in my picture so I know a good dispo when I see one!
Just were in store in La Mesa (not a first time) and just want to notice that workers there are super-puper friendly. The security manager and the guy-seller with dreadlocks (who gave me a very good deal mUUUch cooler then you can find in other networks) were a big please to deal with! The weed also has a pleasure to deal with))) P.S. 0.5g infused Dime Bag pre roll, indica, ~45 % thc ^-^
Hands down best urban leaf crew in south san diego! Elise, Giana, Luke, and Manny are the A team. Reliable, knowledgable and friendly staff always. Always giving me the best of the products available. Elise was my budtender today and as usual she rocked it! Thank you for always taking care of me.
I’ve been to 2 other Urbn Leaf locations, and this is definitely my favorite of the 3. That’s not a diss to the other 2, this location is just more my speed. It’s tucked away in a medical center and it’s much smaller than the other locations. It just had more of a personal feel with the same great quality and service. Even though the location is a bit out of my way, I’ll definitely be back again.
