Products are good but that is where it ends. Shipping takes forever. I’ve had multiple problems applying discount codes or trying to locate/use Reward Points. Customer service is usually of little or no help. I’m not sure they care how much online or local competition there is. You’ve lost a customer!
Beware! While the products are pretty decent (we've tried tinctures, gummies and seltzers) their ordering and shipping process is sketchy at best. Several times lately, we've not gotten what we ordered. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They do not try to make it right. The latest debacle was during thier Black Friday Deal. We purchased (2) 24 packs of their 10mg seltzers. We got (2) 18 packs. After contacting customer support, they said "oops, we made a mistake" and will not give us what we ordered.
Tried their product for the first time last month and enjoyed what they had. Decided to get their High Pass subscription and setup a monthly delivery order. The first subscription order was immediately delayed indefinitely and never shipped. I waited for almost two weeks with no updates and decided to request a refund and cancel my High Pass. They have a good selection, but shipping issues are a big dealbreaker for me, especially when they advertise 2-day shipping.
You said my order was delivered, not so. Not here. If you shipped DHL I will never receive it. They never deliver here. Always leave at the wrong address. I would like my money back, but you probably won't do that either. Never ever again

Just look at the inflated prices and Subscribe & Save listings—they're designed to push you into buying three or more items just to meet the shipping threshold. Totally manipulative and not worth it.
