SLO Roots... To whom it may concern: Unfortunately I'm now here doing this, as it's came to this. Here I go: Today ( Behind the counter - the chick with dreads and has her dog) Me: Me a mom , a wife, a soul grabbing some candy at your candy store. Behind the counter- leave your cup outside the area she stated. Me- yeah ok. Behind the counter- Terren do you know what you want? Me- Thinking, looking and asking what do you have in this , shake ?or this shake?. Behind the counter- speaks- A few feet away from my location of what I wanted, and literally says I don't know. Sitting there . Me- I was looking at the shake and products, I said you don't know. Well I don't know either I can't see that far, she , with dreads, with her dog that rolls in side the building and premise often still just standing there looking at me. Me: again .it is your job to let me know,. Isn't it. And you don't know. Behind the counter- she stood there . Did not reach to look at the product to tell me what you guys have . Nothing! I can't make this up. Pretty interesting! Others - around waiting to get help, it was a full house for the Slo Roots family. Me- I than looked at the product and said well it states Im not allowed to touch this but you don't want to do it so ..... Unbelievable! To be honest.. I come to SLO Roots for medicine purposes as life has turned that way with cancer hitting my family. So. No sympathy here . Just keeping it real. I come often, too often. Her disrespect, her harassment over many things a few times now with me,. Never have I had an issue with SLO Roots ,love the souls that work there, the atmosphere is so vibeeeeie!!!! Love it. And for some reason Misty, you have a personal issue against me and I only know you from shopping at SLO Roots. Again, make it make sense please. I believe maybe that's her name. Someone Needs to find a new way of service because this is uncalled for. How her behavior, and actions are and have been against me. Thanks for taking your time reading my experience I had with your place with your certain employee human you hired. Wishing everyone the best !! Thanks for the goodness in between the false acts and regulations within SLO Roots. It's a bummer I'm writing this, buts it's nothing but the TRUTH on what happened today. Cheers y'all!!!

Great dispensary. Friendly awesome staff, love Mindy and Julia and of coarse Dax! Great deals even better prices plus you get something in return whether it's a gift, promotion or money back to your account you always leave feeling like you got a great deal.
