Was great, everyone was friendly and they have a great variety of goodies. Good price and helpful staff.

On my first visit here “Ali” (I think that’s what he told me to call him) was very helpful and was very knowledgeable. On my second visit the lovely Roxanne was working and she was very great as well. I’ll forsures keep coming here when I am in Goleta and need a smoke.

I really like this shop, but I do need to say this. They consistently allow customers to park in the handicap space without a placard. For those of us who are disabled and actually need that spot, it’s incredibly frustrating to show up and find it taken by people who aren’t supposed to be there, especially when security never checks. That space is reserved for a reason. If this keeps happening, the next time I will be calling it in to the cops. Some of us genuinely rely on that access.

First impressions were no parking and I had to wait my turn as two BT were working. Turns out, you can park across the street. Also, the wait was worth it. Both BT's were knowledgeable and helpful. I was very pleased to see Jetty there and to get %30 off on weekends! Not only that, but most incredibly, I was short a dollar and the BT pulled it out of his pocket to cover me! Incredible service.

I recently visited Disown Dispensary and had an outstanding experience — thanks especially to Allyin and McKenzie! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Allyin helped me navigate their selection; she really listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that were spot-on. Her product knowledge was impressive — she explained different strains clearly, what effects to expect, and the ideal dosage for someone with my tolerance. Then I was assisted by McKenzie, who handled the checkout. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure I understood everything I was buying — including safety information and proper storage. She also answered follow-up questions patiently and confidently. The dispensary itself is clean, well-organized, and feels safe. The ambiance is calm, with helpful signage and a layout that makes exploring the product lines easy.
