Hate how they have a point system but yet you have to have a certain subtotal in order to use your own points that you put into your own account which does not make any sense. Been going here for almost a year and a half. Maybe 2 years and the fact that their point system is the way it is. They should allow customers to be able to redeem their own points whenever they want to, no matter the subtotal cost

Great vibes , always welcoming! A guy named Jeremy there is awesome!!!! That guy not only showed me different items but also made sure I was getting exactly what I needed/looking for. Great customer service!! Jeremy needs to be main manager or CEO of that place. He definitely made me want to come back for sure!

It's been a minute, but I returned to a great experience and not bad pricing. The overall experience was actually wonderful, and the crew were all great. The ladies were sweet as hell, and the guys were chill. All who I greeted, reciprocated and made the experience worth the 18 minute drive. The assistance I received was layered, in that once one left, anothered approach asking whether I'd been helped. Additionally, all of my questions were answered, and all of my items were in stock. I would definitely recommend to friends. I suggest visiting with a good attitude, and you will likely be rewarded in kind. Peace out.

So when you walk in right away, someone ask you if you need help they take your order and they tell you thank you and they’re very nice and knowledgeable. If you need a deal, they know the deals they give you the deals and then on top of all that they’re just so nice and helpful so then you wait a minute and then they call your name and you go and get your things and you pay the lady and you’re done and everyone’s just so sweet and nice there. That is my favorite place to go in Fresno and I have not tried to go nowhere else cause I’m so happy there on top of all that stuff you get For your purchases that’s great

I recently placed a delivery order from the Clovis store, and it was my first time shopping there. I hadn’t realized they were only about 3 miles from me—just as close as my usual dispensary—so I’m definitely planning to visit in person soon. From the start, the service was excellent. I had a few questions about store policies, and the store manager Jesse was very patient and helpful. Jesse also took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely reassured me, which really helped put my mind at ease. By the end of the experience, after working with Jesse and Leticia, I felt confident that I’d found a place that values professionalism and customer care. I truly appreciate how they handled everything, and I look forward to shopping with them again.
