I've used them for years now. They have great deals and a wonderful staff.

The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and patient with the random questions that pop up trying to find exactly what I'm looking for. Highly recommend both Humboldt Premium's locations.

Ive been a long time customer at this dispensary, and I plan on continuing to be one! The staff here go above and beyond everytime, and I've never left unsatisfied. I started as a customer only using their online ordering via the stores website for pick up with their convenient drive up option, as I have pretty bad social anxiety. Ashley and Britney take such good care of me with such kindness and joy; they finally convinced me to come inside the shop, using my loyalty point discounts as leverage, I finally caved. And I havent stopped coming in since. It doesnt matter what kind of day Ive been having, I leave with a massive smile on my face and a boost in my mood. Everytime I come in I'm greeting by name and every one of my questions are answered. They offer wonderful advice and recommendations, for first time smokers and the OGs of the bunch. I even occasionally stop at their Arcata location (with smoking patio situation) and am given, again, wonderful service. I never feel rushed, I never feel like I've waiting to long, and they always have some sort of deal to take advantage of. Being a long time customer I've gotten to see the upgrades, from being able to accept cash and card tenders, and being able to offer delivery services! Im excited to see how this business grows, and its so refreshing as a customer to have such a great connection with the staff. This is what Humboldt County businesses are about, community. Huge fan of their Sweet Jane CBD 16:1 Cannabis infused CBD tincture. I used it for my parents and grandparents. Helps them sleep, their nervous system are calmed and we stop giving them the immensely amount of pills healthcare here in the USA gives them and they’re far better without them. Just 5ml in the morning and night and we have seen miracles especially after my grandpa’s stroke which with the amount of pills healthcare was giving to him he wasn’t unable to walk at the pace he was before. Now he walks and play tennis just before the stroke! Even now that he was Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Some people don’t believe in marijuana but if you take it responsibly you will see miracles. Highly Recommended!

Humble premium dispensary is always taking very good care of me. They deliver when I can't get to them and they take my order and make make it gets me promptly all of their products are very reliable and have been tested and are pure. I suggest this be a place you go and frequent if you like smoking pot.
