PACKS Club Cannabis Weed Dispensary near SGV

I am begging you to try this place. Exceptional Security, staff and product. Decors and interior are from 2028, 2 years a head, and they welcomed me and my doggy 🐕 very nicely. Far from me unfortunately but locals this is better than a lot of places I’ve visited. It literally compares to March & Ash or ManKind of San Diego Locations! Good prices too, not overpriced.

Usually enjoyed coming to this location but the customer service here has seriously dropped to the point I dont want to return. I called in 01/22 to inquire about a deal typically run on the 24th of each month. The man who answered said “Let me check my calendar .” He said “Yes they are on sale Saturday “ great, I asked what deal it was and he said 40%. I put my order in online Saturday, am made to wait for the “express” order only to be told there was no deal? Umm I called and asked, I wouldnt have made the drive from Anaheim to El Monte!!! It was a waste of time and waste of gas your employees looked at me like I was lying, had them put it all back. Either your staff cant read and updated deal sheet and gave me false information or your staff are bait n switch lairs. Im done with you guys. How difficult is it to answer our questions with accurate honest information??? Who do you have working for you they cant read a date??? This was so inconvenient!! So mad!! I went to the Packs in OC and they said WEIRD… we are running that deal. Now I did call OC and they weren’t sure they were going to run the deal. This lead to the call with El Monte confirming the deal. This was alot of driving to get this deal… but thanks for coming through Packs OC … El Monte idk..

Ashley was amazing! Super knowledgeable and sweet personality! And overall anytime I come here every staff I dealt with has been beyond helpful! From the security staff at the doors to the minute you walk in everyone there is very welcoming!! The product is always on point and the deals of prices are just right!!! Highly recommended
