NUG El Cerrito

This place has the best deals in town. Been going here ever since I moved from New York city. Employees are very helpful and there security guard is cool. 5*****.never leave disappointed.

This was my first time at this dispensary and upon walking up to the entrance I was pleasantly greeted by the guard at the door and then immediately greeted by AlyssaMae. She told me about the app and all of their daily deals. Since I live in Manteca, Ca I elected not to join the rewards but AlyssaMae did look online while I was shopping to see if there was a Nug in my area so I could enjoy the benefits of being a member which I thought was amazing customer service. The budtenders were knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely return next time I am near El Cerrito.

I come here mostly because it is close to home. They have great options and good prices but unfortunately the hospitality is one of the worst I seen at a dispensary. Despite this, today I had one of the most wonderful and helpful ladies I’ve ever met help me today. Tiffany, she was wonderful and I wish I had much more to tip her. I hope every time I’m there she’s there. She was attentive to what I was interested in when I came in, she showed me all the good deals, she gave me options, asked questions about what I liked. I felt cared for and I found what I wanted easily. All without asking, Tiffany was great! Thank you for that experience.

Beyond “Above and beyond”!!! So I recently had surgery and it is extremely difficult to get around (especially without handicap parking). When I drove up to the El Cerrito, Cali NUG (which is my ONLY plug) I hesitantly parked in the handi parking, leery of the possible parking fine. Steve, the muscle, was so helpful. Retrieving Gaby, the manager, who spoke with me and informed me that I legally would need to purchase in store, and I completely understand. What happened next was the “special sauce”. First Gaby instructed me to realign my vehicle, so I could have room for my wheels, 🦼🧑🏽‍🦽which gave me an easily accessible path to the door. Then Steve helped me get my door and gave me a steering push on my wheels. Once I was safely mobile, he pushed me to the door. Gaby welcomed me (officially 🙃) and pulled me right up to Tiffany’s counter (there were definitely screeching sound effects added to the 20 foot commute to the counter!!). Tiffany, the bud tender, was all smiles (and if you get the pleasure of seeing her smile, you’d know why she shares her smiles!) and she handed me my ONLINE ORDER that I ordered only 4 minutes before. Finally the transaction was the work of a moment, and after a tip (please always tip) Tiffany pushed me all the way from the counter to my car seat. 🚗 Trifecta of awesomeness. This was my first time visiting NUG in El Cerrito and I had such a great experience! The sign-up process was super quick and easy, and the staff was very fast to assist me. When I didn’t see the edibles in the case, someone went to check in the back and found them for me, which I really appreciated. Tiffany was amazing!! My card was giving me trouble, but she was so patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. Great customer service, great vibes, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
