I recently had an issue during a visit to this location, but I want to acknowledge how well management handled it afterward. Hence why i have removed my prevous review, and edited the stars. The General Manager reached out personally, apologized, and took the time to address the situation with staff and security. She clarified their policy and made it clear that customers should feel welcome and respected while shopping. I appreciate the accountability and follow-through. While the initial experience wasn’t great, the response afterward made a difference, and I’m willing to give them another chance.
Immaculate vibes. Paul Henry is a gem—so kind and helpful. I didn’t catch the security guard’s name, but he was also lovely. Great selection and prices, big, bright, clean space. Super quick and easy.
Absolute Horrible! They say they are open till 10pm? Then why are they turning customers away at 9:50pm when they have pre paid orders! Already fully paid for an open for 10min but still denying customers telling them they need to come back the next day for their pre paid order! Do better!
I just moved to Petaluma and one of my friends recommended this place. The security officer was very welcoming when I arrived, and one of the associates was incredibly sweet! She cleared up questions I had and recommended some alternatives. I felt very comfortable in the store and I will definitely be coming back again, thank you all so much for being so accommodating! Best place ever!
Top notch 420 dispensary, collective, lounge, or whatever you wanna call it, but definitely a well managed and stocked place with variety and knowledgeable bud tenders! I felt like a kid in a candy store! I'm glad I asked a local where to go because when I did a Google search for a local dispensary nothing came up within 75 miles, except for delivery which tells me there's a conspiracy to keep loadies inside waiting on online deliveries! Maybe if more people completed a review, we could get this place on the map where it belongs! Puff, puff, pass!
