This place always gets me! The budtenders are always sweet, helpful and full of all of the knowledge!
I’ve frequented this dispensary because of the location, wide range of products, reasonable prices, and friendly employees that truly go above and beyond. While I am grateful toward all staff who have been nothing but informative and kind, I unfortunately no longer feel comfortable visiting, nor would I recommend, this location after continuous negative and extremely unprofessional transactions with Elisabeth, specifically. If you choose to shop (anywhere, but especially) here, please be wary; verify your change is correct when paying with cash before leaving, ensure your products work properly before leaving, always get a receipt, and just please use caution; go with your gut.
Steven at Off the Charts was great! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He didn’t rush me, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience easy and smooth. Definitely appreciate the great customer service — I’ll be back for sure.

I have been coming to Off the Charts for a year and change. Don’t know what took me so long to review. Every time I come in it feels like coming home and everyone is kind and familiar. Lucy helped me out today and as always was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and patient with all my questions. 10/10 would recommend !
