DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They do not answer the phone (I think they use a cell phone?? and have horrible service in their store), and never delivered an order for almost $100. As you can see from a lot of other recent reviews, this place is horrible.
Was going to be a first time customer. I just had some questions on the pricing because of the debit and the tax. I'm just asking questions just to clarify and have an understanding. The lady on the phone. Kept cutting me off every time I was trying to ask her something. So she was answered half of my questions. I responded"I apologize if this sounds rude but can you please let me finish, cuz your answering half and I have a few more things I just want to clarify" she sighs over the phone and said she's going to put me on hold immediately put me on hold. I waited for like 3 maybe 4 minutes. Set me off and I cancel my order. I might be overdoing it but for me customer service is a must for me. I'm not saying that I will never get anything but this experience has highly discouraged me from being a customer for you guys.
Just received my order, the decent gentleman who drove was friendly and on time, affordable prices either quality taste!!!
I’m a very regular customer and have supported this business for a long time. Unfortunately, my experience today was really disappointing. I’ve explained several times that their calls and links never go through on my end — they either go straight to voicemail or I never receive the message. Despite them knowing this ongoing issue, the manager decided to cancel my order anyway. I understand following protocol, but it’s frustrating to feel dismissed when I’ve already explained the situation multiple times. Maybe their phone system needs an update, because this seems to happen regularly. For a loyal customer, having my order canceled and then getting attitude from the staff felt really disrespectful. Instead of trying to be helpful he said oh we’ll place another order online.
Love this place! Relaxing spacious and great ambiance: Great smoke: Games for a group of 6: Great Music, they played basketball for us. It was a great time recommended you try this place.
