Firstly, the decor of the dispensary is so elegant and beautiful you would have thought you walked into a jewelry store!! Ms Kateyrae assisted me today and she was so lovely!! It was my first time here at Synchronicity and she made my experience feel very welcoming. She also provided much insight about the organic products offered so i am excited about my purchase!!

Feels scammy!! They don’t have trusted brands like Raw Garden. The owner gave me BOGO Juana vapes — the free one tasted burnt the moment I tried it. It clogged soon after. Today I’m heading home so wanted to stop by and exchange it, get more product etc. they’re closed! Apparently the store opens and closes whenever. I went over to Big Sur Botanicals instead — highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this one. I’d been dealing with stubborn muscle pain that just wouldn’t go away for months. A friend recommended I check out Synchronicity, so I gave it a try. One of the team members helped guide me (I don’t use cannabis at all), and they suggested trying the 30:1 CBD pills. After about three weeks, the pain I’d had for nearly eight months started to fade. It wasn’t instant, but it honestly worked. I’m amazed by the results and really appreciate the staff for pointing me in the right direction. Plus, the shop itself is super nice probably the best-looking store in California. 10/10 recommend.

This place is the Best of the Best! Not only is it Beautiful but the level of customer service is incredible. I learned so much that I didn't know before about the quality of the products. I found products to help with my anxiety, stomach issues, and with sleep. Not to mention it is Woman Owned! Seriously come check it out!!!!

Excellent customer service, a wide variety of quality products, and a clean, classy shop in a nice area. They are prompt in answering the phone when you arrive for curbside pickup and quick to bring your order out. There was a mistake on my order where a couple of things weren't packed in the bag, but I came back the following day and they were more than happy to make it right. They were friendly, apologized for the mistake, and gave me the rest of my order and a complimentary pack of edibles to make up for it. I'm extremely impressed and I will be buying from here again in the future. Fantastic dispensary.
