Ordered, got my email confirmation, and then waited. For a while. Eventually I called and was told the driver was in an accident. If I hadn’t called to check in there is a 100% chance they would have just let me hang out all night waiting. The business had my phone number and could have texted or called to cancel the order. No shade on the driver, I really hope they are okay. But dispatch picked that phone up after half a ring, leading me to believe they definitely had the time and bandwidth to notify me that my order was cancelled. 10-15 seconds to text me is all it’d take.
Shoutout to the driver for being so patient lol, I couldn’t find my wallet for like five mins but he was super cool about it. The bus is always 10/10 and never smells like it’s been sitting in a hot car all day. Easiest Buena Park cannabis delivery experience I’ve had.
