Really Poor Experience with their flagship in-house cartridges. Concentrate is cheap and has extract remnants in chamber. Furthermore Stiizy dab pen catridge frequently clog or break. Each time the budtender emphasized the product guarntee and replacement. Never once got a call back or email about the replacement catridges . Cant exchange in store apparently. Really shows this LA company doesnt prioritize their customers.
