Marissa is definitely an asset to the company! She was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. She took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and even recommend products for a future purchase. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like she was just there to sale me something and move on to the next. It was a great experience and I definitely will be back next month!
We came in with enough experience with different strains, brands, and product types to know what our personal preferences were, but because their selection is pretty wide we opted to chat with Giovanni about our options and talked for about 15 minutes. It was a great conversation! His approachable and congenial personality alone was enough for me to rate this place high in excellent customer service! But on top of that, he has extensive cannabis knowledge, he answered genuinely when we compared different products, and we had a fun time exchanging relatable experiences. We’ve spoken to our fair share of budtenders over the years, but Giovanni is forsure one of the best. Love speaking to people who seem to love what they do! We were happy with all the product we bought that day. Unsurprisingly, everything was great quality and we got exactly what we wanted.
