The Jade Room is everything a dispensary should be! Clean, bright, and cute decor to boot and the staff is super friendly and helpful! They have clearly posted signs with all of their specials and happy hours and staff gives one on one assistance for a wide variety of products. Ashley helped me and was such a great help, she gave me personalized recommendations and was so sweet! I recently moved back to the area and found the Jade Room after a terrible experience with another dispensary that is closer to me but an absolute train wreck. They treat their customers like addicts and each experience like a back alley drug deal. The Jade Room was a breath of fresh air and they treat their clientele LIKE actual customers. WILL be back regularly, thanks again to Ashley and the rest of the Jade Room team!! Happy one-year anniversary, Artesia is lucky to have you!
I used to go to the Torrance location but recently moved down the street from here. Went in yesterday to pick up a couple things. Alex behind the counter was super helpful pointing out all the great deals they had. I will always go to any Jade room in my area, they always have the best service and selection.
