Natural Relief Dispensary

Absolutely destroyed my view of this place tonight. After being in horrific pain the entire day without help we finally had enough money from doordashing to cover my med and I showed up at 6:59pm in absolute tears and pain explaining that I will be in the hospital if I can’t just purchase this very quickly. I cannot be without any pain relief at all until tomorrow. I was told they close at 7 and cannot no matter what help me. Even though I arrived at 6:59. I am a LOYAL customer who has never had any problems and in my time of need they turned me away in tears. Destroyed my view of this place. Not going back. They lost thousands in sales from me now.

folks usually friendly there but watch out- some have been caught withholding change from my order more than once and some of the clerks hurry so much they become problematic obstacles. i dont like people asking me for tips, especially when they make more money than me per week, would go somewhere else if it was less than 50 miles

They are always so kind, and helpful. In my opinion there are far more attentive than any of their competitors. This is my go to! The only time I go somewhere else is if I need to get something on a Sunday

Chance is the best rep I have encountered. He took his time and listened to what I needed then helped me fit my budget. He is an excellent wellness consultant

So… the first time Natural Relief tried to scam me by giving me the wrong product and not taking it back, they eventually swapped it out. Fast forward to 12/19, at 6:15 I went in and got my online order. I didn’t open up the package at all and noticed they got the order wrong. I went back in and was denied swapping or any type of replacement for the wrong cart they gave me. This place is a straight up scamming the consumer and they don’t care to keep a customer happy. And glad to say I am done with this dispensary after this second scam. Absolutely sickening you charged me $40 for distillate knowing I paid $40 for live resin. Congrats. The manager on duty shouldn’t be a manager. Terrible service. The manager admitted it was their fault and offered 20 percent for a new cart? No I’m not going to buy another cart for you all to not tell me you swapped and then forced my hand to keep it and spent my hard earned money.
