About The Source Cannabis - Arkansas

This Rogers shop on West Poplar Street is one of the most reviewed dispensaries in Northwest Arkansas, with more than 1,270 ratings and a 4.6-star average. The Source carries a broad menu of flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, edibles, concentrates, and topicals from licensed Arkansas producers, and the showroom is large enough that wait times stay reasonable even on busy weekends. Reviews are split: many patients praise specific budtenders for warm, knowledgeable service, while others have raised concerns about pricing that runs above some regional competitors like The Hill or Purspirit. The shop is open 9 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday, with shorter weekend hours running to 7 PM Saturday and 6 PM Sunday. Patients should bring an Arkansas medical marijuana card and government-issued ID. New visitors are usually walked through registration and given an overview of daily promotions before browsing the menu.

  • Wide product selection
  • Knowledgeable budtender staff

Conner Hagerman

I’ve lived here my entire life, and I have honestly never seen a medical dispensary operate in such a greedy and tone-deaf way toward the very patients it claims to serve. The pricing here is consistently outrageous compared to surrounding options. I regularly drive 30 minutes to Fayetteville because I can save close to 40–50% on the exact same types of products- even factoring in The Source’s normal deals and their so-called “one-time” specials, which still don’t come close to standard everyday pricing at other dispensaries! Before management responds with the usual scripted explanation, yes, I understand your prices are listed after tax. That still does absolutely nothing to hide the reality that your pricing is among the worst in the entire state of Arkansas. It’s honestly shocking. I could literally drive four hours to Suite 443 in Hot Springs and still get a cartridge cheaper even after paying for gas. That’s not an exaggeration, but it just shows how far out of line the pricing is here. This is my third time leaving a review because the pattern never changes. Each time, the responses from management feel dismissive and defensive rather than genuinely addressing patient concerns. The most recent reason I’m writing again is a purchase from a couple weeks ago. I paid over $50 for a distillate cartridge that tasted like paint. For a medical product at that price point, that is unacceptable. Seeing so many other patients reporting similar experiences makes it even more frustrating. At the end of the day, this is supposed to be a medical business serving patients, not a place that feels like it’s squeezing every possible dollar out of people who often don’t have many alternatives. Until pricing becomes reasonable and product quality improves, I will continue taking my business elsewhere.

EDIT: They called me on a weekday in the middle of my shift. I told them I could not speak, and requested they email me. So, do be fair, your customer service team is also not very good. You should probably follow threw and not try and convince people your weed isnt trash. I literally said that to the budtender whilst I was there, and asked for help, and literally complained to some tall looking manager lady on my way out!! So yeah. If you would like to call me back on monday or Tuesday, we can figure this out. I wish I could take away my single star. I tried this place twice and I will not be going a 3rd time. The only helpful person there is the person who works the front desk. The bud tenders sre not helpful, the layout is confusing, you have to search a tablet thats hard to read to get the prices. The lighting in the room is weird, and its usually way too loud. They almost only have deli style flower in jars. There deli flower is all dried and crusty, which is why they have low prices. If you like mids, dry flower, and shake you should come here otherwise, stay clear.

My second time here and wasn’t sure if I’d be back after the first time but this trip so much better! Wish I got the name of my tender, he was so kind and helpful. Register 7 @ 3:58 on 1/30 if that helps but really, 10/10 experience!

I love how they conduct business here. They are so friendly, professional, and flexible when given a certain budget. They have solid pricing and selections of flowers. Their in-house products, Apothacary, are phenomenal. I highly recommend this shop for all your medical needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient.

Love the way they handle the process of providing what is needed. Personal service with a nearly hands on type of experience. Great for the small spenders. It an "eyes on" product display with a simple to understand method of classifying and ranking each product which means simple to understand pricing! Been to all the competitors and this is by far my #1!
