Carl at Crop was my bud-tender today. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I don’t know how long he’s been employed with crop but he seems to enjoy his job and the people he works with. He always has a smile on his face but today was the first time he was my bud-tender. I also love that Crop doesn’t share/split tips with other bud tenders. (In my opinion, Crop is just a better dispensary overall, their prices, their sales, the quality of products as well as their friendly and professional staff).

My absolute favorite place to go for the staff and the patient interactions. They have the best staff and also a beautiful building. The waits can be a little long sometimes but thats not their faults, they take their time to serve each customer to their fullest potential! I will always go back!

I’ve always loved crop. I’ve been going there for 5 years since they opened in 2021. Unfortunately, today I had an unpleasant experience with one of the budtenders named Heath. He has been my budtender MANY times before and he’s always been so nice. I think he was having a bad day today and just overwhelmed with how busy they were. But, that is no excuse to talk to me the way that he did. The way he talked to me was not very nice at all. He had a horrible attitude and the tone of his voice was very rude. He acted like he didn’t want to be there and that I was a problem to him. I hope he doesn’t talk to any other customers the way that he talked to me.

It was my first time in the store, she’s great! She let me know firsthand about the allotment for every 2 weeks. She gave me some insight on a few different products and she was just overall sweet and amazing. Made my first encounter remarkable. If you see this, I appreciate you!
