Customer Reviews
Zachary was very attentive and helpful. He took his time out to find exactly what works for me and was very willing to spend time teaching me about each item. Very customer friendly and I always look for him when I go because he's so helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help finding what they're looking for.
Great dispo with the best prices south of Malvern. Super friendly knowledgeable staff who is willing to go the extra mile for your satisfaction. I can’t say enough good things about this little dispo 5 stars all day long
Exceptional levels competence, customer service and efficiency.. ALWAYS, Robert & the entire staff in all are phenomenal humans. They know what, where, how much, and how long like they are walking data sheets. No query too small or big for one of them to have the answer. No need to drive to hot springs or anywhere outside of caddo valley. Plus, they have coffee🤷🏻♂️
Robert was knowledgeable about every product I had questions about & was patient the entire process- I had accidentally double ordered online. I had been going to Malvern for top shelf, high THC products & I was really happy to find The Grass Station has started to carry a decent variety of buds at 25%++, with high terps. Tuesdays, 25% off everything? 100% recommend!
The least stressful experience to have at a dispensary in Arkansas. It’s far enough out to not be bombarded with bumping shoulders. And slow enough that if they have what you want right now, they’ll probably still have it in a week. Of course we know the downfalls to it being the only local dispensary an hour away from others minimum. Slightly higher prices. $5 more on an eighth isn’t breaking you though. You’d spend more in gas to get to the other dispos out there. I’ll always appreciate the slower business here because it gives the employees much more opportunity to focus on quality. From customer service, to cleanliness and organization and even personal education. You get the same ‘can do’ attitude that was birthed right out of Suite 443, and injected directly into this incarnation. For the love of grass 🌱 Just a little shoutout to Zach as well. Always feels like your talking to you best friend when your there.
