About Curaleaf Dispensary Youngtown

Set on West Michigan Avenue in the Youngtown Terrace area, Curaleaf Dispensary Youngtown runs a 4.7 rating across nearly 2,500 reviews. Some customers have been shopping here for almost seven years straight, which is a strong signal of consistent product quality and staff retention over time. The team gets named for educational service, walking older or newer cannabis shoppers through indica versus sativa versus hybrid distinctions without making them feel out of place. Hours are 8 AM to 10 PM every day of the week. One critical review flagged a sealed-jar concern and an old harvest date on a flower purchase, which is a fair reminder to check dates at any dispensary. Selection covers Curaleaf's national catalog of branded products. For shoppers in Youngtown, Peoria, or Sun City who want a chain dispensary with long-term reliability and patient staff, this Curaleaf location is one of the steady defaults in the northwest valley.

Customers mention:
  • Seven-year loyal customers
  • Patient cannabis education
  • Reliable Curaleaf brand catalog
  • Open daily until 10

I'm incredibly disappointed with Curaleaf's business practices. While they are a popular spot in the Valley, their loyalty program is completely out of touch and arguably deceptive. The spending requirements for their tiers are astronomical: $800 just to reach the second tier, and $5,000 for the top tier. Because points expire in a very short three-month window, these goals are unattainable for the average customer, keeping almost everyone trapped at the base level. Additionally, the customer service regarding these points is lacking. Staff consistently auto-applies points to purchases without asking, removing the customer's choice in how to use them, and there is virtually no way to track or prove this on the consumer end. It feels like they intentionally keep quiet about the details of the program because it's so poorly designed. If you're looking for a dispensary that actually values its customers and offers realistic, consumer-friendly rewards, look elsewhere. Curaleaf's system is clearly designed to make you fall short.

I hadn’t smoked “Gods Weed” in 40 years. Back when I was into it weed was weed. That was it! No Sativa, Indica or Hybrids. We just had “weed”. So, this place has some of the best sales people. They took time to share with me and teach me a little more on each visit. How does this work? Whattaya mean there are many types? What’s the difference? On & on. I love to learn. 2 of the best buds there are Joey and Seth. Both so chill and friendly. They make sure you have what you need when ya dropped in. I won’t shop anywhere else ever again! So….if you’ve read this then thank you….now head on down to Youngstown and check it out. Oh, did I mention he have great deals all the time? Peace Out JSE

Today I was very disappointed and concerned. It's 1-25-2026. I purchased Find infused ground flower 7g. I really enjoy going to the dispensary in youngtown. I don't usually have to ask about harvest dates. Today I was sold Find plastic jars that are not even sealed airtight. The harvest date on the flower is 12/27 2023 WOW. I called curaleaf and I got their customer service center. She put me on hold and checked and said that they shouldn't be selling that's so old. She told me to go back to the dispensary and it would be up to the manager's discretion. I told her I didn't want to go all the way back if they were not going to exchange. So she called the youngtown dispensary and got the manager on the phone. He told me once I leave the dispensary they cannot do anything about it. And that I should make a note of it to ask for the harvest dates. You fully guaranteed me the 2023 harvest date was safe. And that it was sealed air tight in a plastic jar. It was not. I am 58 and in all my years I've never gone to a dispensary and bought a product that was that old. Today 1/25/2026. 2023 harvest date - package date 2/3/25. It's 2026. Trying to make a buck off selling three-year-old flower. It was marked down but still doesn't make it right. To sell a plant that's 3 years old.

I’ve been shopping at Curaleaf Youngtown for almost 7 years, and it’s truly the only dispensary I’ve ever consistently gone to. The quality, consistency, and overall experience have always kept me coming back. The staff has always been knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely cares about helping you find what works best for you — never rushed, never pushy. Over the years, this place has felt more like a community than just a dispensary, which is a huge reason I’ve stayed loyal. From the products to the people, Youngtown Curaleaf sets the standard. If you’re looking for a dispensary you can truly trust, this is the place. Highly recommend 💚
