I came in today and I always wait for Michael to serve me. He is consistently the best person that I deal with there. He always takes the time to go above and beyond with me. He shows me the new stuff and is always stays honest and knows what I like and want. I don’t feel pressured like other places and he makes me feel welcome. He deserves a promotion and a raise. I have seen him have to deal with horrible customers and he handles them better than I would.
