i went in on my 21st birthday and my budtender kira was so helpful! since this was my first experience in a dispensary i wasn’t sure what to expect but she made me feel so comfortable and helped me through the process. i had a great time there and will be going back soon thanks to kira!
I was really disappointed with my visit to NatureMed today. Diego at the front desk had my order ready but made me wait unnecessarily long only to have Me go back to the area where people haven’t decided what they want, even though he quickly served several people who came in after me with no explanation or apology. When I asked for his name to include in this review, it just made the poor customer service feel even worse. I won’t be coming back
Every time I come here I feel welcome great customer service with every one I interact with . Prices are good, the only thing that is slacking is not a whole lot of hard candy . I really like the ones that look like nerds different flavors. Need to stock up a lot xtra would be great. But over all hard working employees they all deserve a raise!!!!
I learned if your canned food donation through my neighbor and had wanted to check out this dispensary again (it had been a while since I visited). Everyone I spoke with was so gracious, answered any questions, and a joy to talk to. The ladies outside with free samples and lots of information were fantastic as well. Thanks for everything. The free pre rolls are very appreciated.😉
Always loved NatureMed. Always great products, knowledgeable and friendly staff. My favorite budtender is Jahti, he has so much knowledge on the products and is always helpful when I’m trying to pick the right medicine for me. Everytime I go home to try my new medicine, I’m always happy with his recommendations. I will def be coming back and requesting my favorite budtender. Thank you
