Consume Cannabis - Show Low

I don’t like the kiosk. I’m not sure why it’s either online or kiosk. It would be nice to have a person be the third option. I spend more when I’ve got someone telling me about the specials and making suggestions. *edited* last time I was there I mentioned that I prefer a person and was informed that if you stand in the line for the kiosk a person will come and help you. So…that’s good! The cashiers are sometimes personable but definitely not every time. The products are okay, prices kind of high. Wait times are short. So there’s that at least. It would be nice if we had the option of a different dispensary to go to. Who cares about reviews or being competitive when there’s no one to compete for business with?

Great experience. I forgot that my debit card was closed for fraud and my Apple Pay did not work at the register. Tricia remained patient and helped find a different way to purchase my order. I have never had any issues with Consume or its employees. You all are amazing and I’ve been helped by quite a few different tenders. Keep up the great work!

Very nice shop, staff are friendly. Over the past couple of years I’ve noticed they have a better selection. Prices are still very high but when you’re the only store . I just hope they keep RSO in stock. My daughter has autism with TBI and it really helps. It took a lot of trials and errors but once we found RSO indica it saved all of us. My daughter is happier. It really has made an impossible situation possible . She is calmer and we have less outbreaks . Thank you so much !

Huge shoutout to Josh and Lupe at Consumer Dispensary in Show Low, AZ. I had a cartridge that didn’t work, and they absolutely made it right. The exchange process was easy, painless, and stress-free — no hassle at all. Josh even let me keep the dud cartridge and went above and beyond by giving me awesome ideas on how to still use the distillate, which I really appreciated. That kind of customer service is rare. Both Josh and Lupe were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. This is how customer service should be done. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone in the area.
