About Nirvana Cannabis - Prescott Valley

With more than 4,300 reviews and a 4.7-star average, Nirvana Cannabis - Prescott Valley is one of the highest-volume dispensaries in Yavapai County. The shop sits on E Copper Hill Dr in the Prescott East neighborhood and runs an extended 7 AM to 10 PM schedule every day of the week. That's a 15-hour window, which is genuinely useful. Nialicia gets named in reviews for being attentive and giving good, money-conscious recommendations—including checking for similar products at lower prices, which not every dispensary does. The selection is described as wide, with the standard caveat that popular items can occasionally sell out. The honest critique in reviews: online order pickup can stall when the in-shop line is heavy, so the timing system isn't always synced. For Prescott Valley and Dewey-Humboldt area customers, this Cannabis store is the high-traffic, long-hour anchor of the local cannabis scene.

They were very welcoming when I walked in the door they really made you feel welcomed as first time I've ever been there. The staff seems very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Placed an order for pick up while in a very long line. Once was given the screen that my order was processed, and received the text message, I moved to the “online order/pick up” line. The gal called me up to the counter fairly quickly, and after scanning for my name, curtly states that the order wasn’t ready yet. She asked when I placed it, I said, “while I was at the end of the line”. She snapped at me and said extremely rudely, “ you’re not actually supposed to do that, you’re supposed to place it in advance. Before you get here”. I was shocked because I’ve literally never been told when I can place a pick up order; and I’ve placed it in the parking lot before entering, in long waiting lines for walk up, heck once while i was already checked out because i forgot something . I’ve also never been told that doing business of any kind and spending money in any fotm Is “wrong“. There’s nothing posted saying that you can’t place a pick up order while on the premises, or in line? And with 20 people in the walk up line, it’s just common sense to use mobile ordering? I feel like it was an extremely unnecessary belittling comment. Two stars because they have buy one get one on Dr. zodiac’s products Thursday -Saturday. Michael Thomas is the only pleasant person except the sweetheart that gives out pokemon cards. Everyone else is so cranky; especially today: Dhakota. Which was a HUGE bummer because my social anxiety is always at an extreme high. The only reason I even placed a mobile order was because there were so many people in the room that I was starting to feel my anxiety ramping up, and I wanted to leave quickly so as to not have to deal with physical symptoms that i can’t control. Her telling me i broke rules that ive never heard of, never saw posted anywhere, and didnt know existed made me want to run out of the building in embarrassment. And i didn’t do anything wrong! I used a service you guys provided in a situation it warrants use. Anyway; humanity is getting worse and worse; if you don’t wanna be nice to people why are you doing a service based job?

I uzually have a fantastic experience at Nirvana Dispensaries! I'm regularly impressed by the knowledgeable staff, who provided great service and have helped me find the wide variety of products in the past. Occasionally they are out of product. I'm a guy that likes to be sold on things. So I like a knowledgeable staff member and one that can point me in new directions and sort of sell me on things. Occasionally I'll get stuck with the sales person that wants me just to tell them what I want and move on. But overall, who can complain about a dispensary that gives away weed after writing a review! Love you guys

Great experience here. Nialicia was very friendly and attentive. I told her what I needed and she gave good recommendations. She also offered to check if there was a similar product for a lower price in order to save me money.

Fix your website. I'm so genuinely tired of this right here. I wanted concentrates... not EDIBLES. What a way to waste $44.
