Worst dispensary in the downtown Phoenix area, avoid if possible, and there are many friendlier locations Of other dispensaries nearby. Never have I ever experienced such unkindness, I have been to dispensaries in Phoenix 3 to 4 times a week for many years. Me and my wife were on a bike ride by the store, only having our IDs and not our wallets. We wanted to get one single pre-roll and had some change so we went to try, it turns out our total was four cents more than we had. There are many times I have been to Nirvana or Curaleaf and being short a few cents, and they happily accepted. Me and my wife were literally four cents short of a pre-roll and they said there was nothing they could do, little odd experience, but we’ve lived downtown for five years and have never had a good experience at Trulieve. If you like quality cannabis, and don’t like being ripped off, please make sure you shop at the many other Options around the valley.
Inventory manager needs to be fired , hoe do you have the product but won’t sell it to me because you can’t ring it up. The girls in here are not smart by any means. I will be speaking with cooperate. Laziest workers I’ve ever met. Who ever is in charge of hiring should be fired as well. I’ll never go there again.
you guys need to do better on hiring. called for info on a product an was trying to see how much it was with my medical card and she didn't care to help saying well i can give u price cause your medical like train your employees on customer service!!!! her name was jenna i believe!
