Curaleaf Dispensary Pavilions

The only reason I am not giving a one star review is because I love coming here and every other experience has been great. Today I was helped by Vanessa, and she definitely looked like she didn't want to be there which is fine people have bad days, I get it. However, not only did she not listen to me when I said I was an order pick up and also walking up because I forgot something, she was not helpful at all. I had questions about some things, but after she stoicly completed my order pick up I wasn't even comfortable talking to her. She was very disinterested, and once she realized I had a second transaction to no fault of my own because I didn't want to be rude and correct her, she was even worse. I asked for a product and she essentially shoved one brand in my face, and said it was all they had and told me to pick one. Typically I like to have conversation with my bud tender, but it definitely was not happening here. Anywho, I told myself I wouldn't leave a bad review because I get it people have rough days, then she condescendingly tells me at the end of the transaction that next time I forget something I can just let the person know and get it rung up all at once. I'm sorry....but no duh! Anyways, after speaking to me as if I was born yesterday I decided they should know what kind of service Vanessa is providing. We're human and we have bad days, but please work on your soft skills.

Omg! I cannot express how great the service was at Curaleaf on 83rd Ave in Phoenix. I have been going to dispensaries for years now and Vanessa was by far the best! She was kind, sweet, very attentive and compassionate, she made me feel like I’d known her forever! I will go back to this Curaleaf just to be attended by Vanessa. I hope she reads this! Jayden provided truly exceptional customer service. From the moment we spoke, he showed genuine care, compassion, and patience, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. He took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but also treats people with such kindness and empathy. Jayden is a true asset to the company, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help.

This place is pretty chill for the most part, they seem to always have good deals going on and a good variety of strains/brands. ++ JADEN (the budtender) was so awesome and very informational. He definitely knew his ish! and made some good recommendations 😁 in which I ended up indulging in 🤪 plus it's something I haven't had before but definitely looked 💣💣💣 Soooo if you do come to this location, JADEN is definitely recommended 🤘🏽 if you really want to know about the product you're getting - that's just my opinion last few visits weren't that great but this recent visit was DEFINITELY worth the drive and of course the product 🤪🤘🏽

The whole store is always friendly! But Jacob that’s another story. He always goes above and beyond every time I come and I am vip so just imagine how much I come! He always makes sure everyone is helped and the lines are moving and flowing properly. He always makes sure I’m aware of all specials and any new items on the menu. He always lets me know my point balance. And always welcomes me with a greet and smile! Definitely one of my top dispensaries!!!
