Very disappointed in this new updated system. They removed the best deal for concentrates and when I called their phone number it connected me to customer service who told me the deal is still active and would automatically apply. She lied. Total used to be $62 now its $93. Sadly just lost me as a weekly customer.

Minga and her manager Justin were awesome today! Minga was friendly and helpful. Justin went above and beyond and showed excellent customer service. I really appreciate their support and professionalism.

I went to Curaleaf on Central 3 days ago and bought their "in-house blend" 1/2oz which was buy one get one free. I was hyped because the person who talked me in to buying this assured me it was a good batch. When I came home and opened the bag, the cannabis was brown and soggy, as if it had been sitting for a while. I tried rolling a couple of joints to find that it was old weed we were smoking. Today, I went in to Curaleaf to exchange the medicine since you know, I paid for it, but I had tossed my receipt and it was trash day, however, I've been there a few times and they should have a profile for me, WRONG. Come to find out they did not have a profile for me and could not do an exchange or refund. I went to talk to the manager and showed him the cannabis which is brown and felt soggy, and his response was "that's what you get with discount weed", and said he wasn't going to do anything. I was ok at this point until he started yelling at me to get out because I told him they should retrain if they are not doing the profiles, he threatened to call the cops, and he started treating me as if I had stolen something and was very loud. The manager would not give me his name but he was wearing all black with glasses and a white had, he had a really long beard. How conveniente that they would not have my account on file when I went to exchange expired medicine. I am so disgusted by their actions towards a regular paying customer. I for once will not be recommending this store and will be reaching out to corportate.

Charlee was great! Her and Zac were extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone from the front door to the checkout is extremely friendly. Currently they are running 50% off THE ENTIRE STORE until September 30th, 2025. Ask for Charlee or Zac :)
