Usually a great and swift experience when ordered online. Today at 11am they just decided to excuse online orders and decided to help every walk-in shopper go ahead first meanwhile they had a massive online order line build up, 2 of us up front in line waiting for 20+ minutes while others who came in well after us got to be helped first. Massive fumble, massive disappointment since like I stated above, it’s usually a great and swift experience for online orders.
Great customer service. I had pre ordered a half oz from growsciences that was sold out at most of their locations by me and when I went to pick it up I had accidentally gone to the wrong store. Instead of the bud tender trying to sell me something else so he could make the sale he helped me track down my order and pointed me in the direction I needed to go, he genuinely cared about me getting the medicine I set out to get which was important to me. I forgot his name but thanks to whoever you are and the curaleaf teams!!!!

Exceptional Service Jose! I had such a great experience at Curaleaf 48th St. and Broadway, Phoenix, AZ today thanks to Jose. I didn’t have my debit card with me, but he went above and beyond to help me get set up with the auto withdrawal so I could still make my purchase. I was in and out in about five minutes! This location is always a Vibe from the moment you walk in! Every Budtender I’ve link with have been welcoming, friendly and informative. Today’s Budtender Jonathan has a dope ass screen saver of Blood in Blood out which made our convo great! Super cool and made my pick up smooth and fast. Definitely recommend!
