Good selection, friendly staff, beautiful store! A bit pricey and "boutique-y", but pretty standard for Mohave County; there's not a lot of competition to encourage deals. Veteran's discount, but only applicable to full-priced items; the point system for repeat customers is a little confusing.
I write a review last week of a bad experience I had, Brandie the owner stepped up huge. She addressed the issue with myself and the manufacture as well as credited my purchase, exceptional business practice I tell you. Since then I've taken 2 different friends there for flower, great experience. Today Christine helped us and I learned they do have fire cold cure Rosin. I'm so happy we were able to get this resolved. Medusa has everything for everyone on any budget. They even have great daily deals. I will be here on a regular basis. Thank you to the Medusa crew, you all rock!!
The new location is beautiful and spacious. Moe was very friendly and helpful. With more room to spread out, I realize that they have way more products than I thought.
Prices are usually high for OK quality at least for extracts that's all I do. If I buy prerolls it's to give away to the homeless. 5 stars if the sale is good the quality is most often adequate it's really the prices that are the issue here. Employees are great I would tip more but I'm disabled and unless it's a good sale I already can't afford enough for the entire month.
