Curaleaf Dispensary Gilbert

Had the pleasure of working with Bre today. She made the process extremely quick and painless. Super personable as well. As someone who manages in the service world, I can tell ya she one you gotta keep. I'll definitely be returning.

don’t order through pick up if you think it’ll be fast cause it’s not this isn’t the first but the SECOND time I’ve ordered to pick up and have had to wait over and hour this second time really did it for me as I ordered at 6:56pm showed up at 8pm and my order still was not ready people walking in and out of the building no one at the pick up spot besides the lady checking ids stayed until about 9:20pm just to NOT GET MY ORDER cause it was never prepared still have the email confirmation that my order went through but no confirmation that it was ever done or ready. If pick up isn’t going to be prioritized as much as walk ins are than they should say that and if my order isn’t able to be fulfilled they should say that as well instead of having people wait almost 3 hrs to not get what they placed an order for.

Nice staff members but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Two weeks ago I waited over an hour and a half for my order to be ready. I was sitting outside of the dispo so I can see the employees standing around talking to each other when there is no one in their dispo rather than fulfill online orders and do their job. Yesterday I ordered online yet again (huge mistake). I placed my order at 6:57pm. I show up to the dispo roughly around 8 pm and my order is still not ready (not a surpise). I wait until 9:20 pm and still nothing, my order never got fulfilled. Yet again I am sitting outside of the dispo so I can see the employees standing around at the front with NO ONE in there doing what? Not doing their jobs. If you want to make sure you actually get your order in a timely manner I suggest going to quite literally any other dispensary, i have bever had a problem ordering online anywhere else, only at Curaleaf... Its outrageous to wait for an order for over 2 hours and NEVER have it fulfilled. I would much rather go anywhere else than to a store where employees cannot do a simple job

Had a very unpleasant experience, I don’t think I’ll ever return and it’s really not anyone’s fault. Been going there years, since it was next door. Very awesome staff. Today I waited an hour and 14 mins. POS express order issues, long line, couple employee lunch breaks, just overall bad timing. Overheard the manager offering a customer a free pre roll. In the past I’ve been offered one when there was an excessive wait. I brought it up and expressed my frustrations. The managers response was no one forced me to wait and that I didn’t know the context in which that customer was offered that. Both of which are true. Now standing in a crowded dispensary I feel incredibly embarrassed for even bringing it up. The employees were frustrated with issues they had to deal with, I was frustrated by the wait. Given that I interact with this staff once a week, this experience was so uncomfortable I genuinely would rather never come back. No hard feelings to Mikey and please Curaleaf, fix your POS issues!

I had such a great experience at this dispensary! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. Morgan, Jackie, and Alyssa were especially amazing — they took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. I really appreciated how professional and friendly everyone was — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for quality products and amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌿
