This store will sell non-working merchandise and will not replace it. On 2/8 I bought two dab cartridges, finding that one of them didnt work after i got home. I bring it in the next day and they test it on their specific dab cartridge tester but find it's still in an acceptable range for them to not issue an exchange. They test it on one of their own batteries and I was told it worked. I bought said battery after being warned that i couldnt return the battery after purchase.I tried the cartridge outside the store but it still didn't work. I was told it still wasn't in range of an exchange even thought said product didn't work on 4 different batteries of different brands. Sadly I will not be returning.

This place is just awful. I've been in a handful of times, mostly in the morning, and have been hesitantly greeted with less than kindness. It feels like they don't even really want you there. Staff has little to no knowledge of the overwhelming amount of products. Some products are super old; you can smell and see that. There is no excuse ever for having moldy flower on your shelf that you will not reimburse customers for. This just simply means no one is paying attention. There are much better options right up the road. Don't waste your money here.

Do not recommend! They will sell you bad weed. Scorpion grass is right down the road with way better quality. On Mondays they will promote their edible and tell you it’s 30% off when it comes to check out they will not give the discount. I called and ask why the discount wasn’t applied, they told me they would give me pre-roll for it. I drove all the way up there for them to make me pay $1 for the $7 pre-roll because they said 30% off $42 is $6 dollars, smh. Please do better. Crazy they told me 30% everything online says 30% but now it’s 25%? Okay lol like I said please do better your weed is trash. Your staff knows that I did call and came back up there like I said they made me pay a dollar for their mistake.

Absolutely the best bud tenders in the valley. Amazing products and seriously unbelievable prices. Haven’t had anything from here I didn’t like. Plus they are so friendly!
