My daughter stopped in today and loved the deals and the staff was super friendly but was very sad to hear they aren’t closing outside of normal today for Christmas Eve. If Walmart is gonna close at 6pm, they should all be let go a least an hour early too! Shame on you green degree owners

There is a particular manager that works here that has been disrespectful to my wife and I multiple times for the last 5 months, and no welcome when she goes by herself just met with annoyed silence. We do not know what this gentleman's issue is but do hope that it gets better because Kirby's business does not need to be represented like this. Not sure if it is just us he is treating like this or not, hope it's just us. The gentleman whome the complaint is about has multiple piercings on his face along with many tattoo's, prescription glasses, and has been seen wearing an abundance of pins at times on jacket and lanyard. I wish we could do individual ratings because this company, the product and other customer service is top notch and deserves a 5 whereas this gentleman deserves 1/2 a star on bedside manner. Would have posted when this first started occurring but made the mistake of assuming we were just catching him on bad days, which was not the case, and has just gotten worse. Again a great company which provides a great service, just one negative individual. Still HIGHLY recommend this company.

Aficionados with excellent customer service. Described how I was feeling and was given the top suggestions within my budget. Sometimes I’m indecisive: I want them all! I’m an adventurer, explorer, artist extraordinaire!!!!! But I digress, (I’m bad with names) I allowed the expert to choose for me, and I was not disappointed. Also, he has impeccable taste in music. I’ll be back ☺️

Love this location. They always seem to employ such great people with big personalities. Always super friendly and always open. Lol. Great prices and they always have a special. Love that they give points when you bring back your containers. And they don't have to be just their containers. Tuesdays you get double points for each container. Although I believe that will change at the end of January 2023. (Bummer😔) again excellent spot for you are needing good vibes and "product".
