Awesome shop, always has specials running, happy hour is every day. The staff are sweet, knowledgeable, and always trying to help you get what you need and whip out a discount if you're a tiny bit short. Never had a bunk recommendation.

All bud tenders have been super helpful until about maybe a month ago when something happened with the long haired guy budtender. He has always been friendly but now he refuses to greet me, say hello, ask what I want, or apply whatever the daily discounts are, I also suspect he doesn't look up and apply the points to my account either. I've never been rude or impatient as I also work in customer service and understand what it's like. I used to regularly tip him as well. I know I am not the only one who has experienced this with him as friends of mine knew exactly what I was talking about when bringing it up my poor experiences with them. I don't want anything bad to happen to this guy but when I see he's the one working I genuinely want to turn around and just leave.

Cat is always the highlight of my day when I see her working and the main reason I am a regular customer. Fast and friendly. I enjoy being able to walk in and say what I want and leave shortly after. They don't push certain deals or strains on you. They don't try and tell you what you should get like other places. Great customer experience. Cool reward system. Been going here since they opened would recommend.
