About The Tree House - AK

On Boniface Parkway in Northeast Anchorage, The Tree House holds a 4.8-star average across 318 reviews, the kind of volume that signals a long-running and well-trusted operation in the local market. Hours are 8 AM to midnight Monday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday opening later at 10 AM but still closing at midnight. Budtenders are consistently described as knowledgeable and helpful, and customer service is the most repeated praise across the review pool. Pricing is called fair compared with other Anchorage shops, and frequent deals make the value even sharper for regular customers who time their visits around promotions. One first-time visitor noted the in-store menu didn't list THC or terpene percentages on the day they came, which made navigating the options harder without a strong budtender recommendation to lean on. Selection covers flower, cartridges, edibles, and concentrates in standard quantities. Strong all-around Anchorage option, especially for regulars who want consistent quality without paying a premium price for it on every visit through the door.

Customers mention:

Customer Reviews

Travis L

They have really good prices on a variety of stuff. Budtenders are top notch. Very knowledgeable and helpful when looking for anything you need. I've never been disappointed coming here.

This was my first visit, and while the shop itself was clean and they offered a decent variety, the menu was interesting to navigate. There were no THC or terpene percentages listed, and the layout felt messy, which made it difficult to choose a product. I asked the budtender helping me for recommendations, but he didn’t have any input and couldn’t speak to the strains I pointed out or whether they might help with body pain. It was disappointing, since you’d expect staff at a dispensary to be familiar with the products they’re selling so they can guide customers effectively. I recently moved to the area and visited this shop as well as Uncle Herb’s across the street. Based on my experience, I’ll be returning to Uncle Herb’s instead.

hands down best shop around Anchorage. Really knowledgeable staff & super friendly. Amazing prices for the quality in the area also in my opinion.

Great place. Good quality. Nice prices. All in all a great experience. The strip mall contains food, alcohol, pizza, pull tabs, thrift, convenience. @freewaywillow

I always have a great experience shopping here. The product quality is consistently solid—fresh, potent, and with a nice variety to choose from depending on what you’re looking for. The prices are fair compared to other dispensaries in the area, and they often have good deals that make it even better. On top of that, the customer service really stands out. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help me find the right product without making me feel rushed. Overall, it’s definitely one of the better dispensaries I’ve been to and one I’d recommend checking out
